Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. In this document, the following terms, written in uppercase, shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • SITE: represents the Internet site owned by hotelines.gr, located at www.hotelines.gr, through which the USER can access information regarding the services and products offered by hotelines.gr.
  • hotelines.gr: represents the company SC AMENSIS TRADE SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Str. Păcuraru Avram, no. 1, Sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7707/2009, having Unique Registration Code RO25759473.
  • USER: represents any person accessing the SITE for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the SITE, meeting all registration requirements.
  • ABUSIVE USE: represents the use of the SITE in a way contrary to industry practices, current regulations and legislation, or in any way that may cause damage to hotelines.gr.

2. Site Content

2.1. The information published on the SITE includes general information about hotelines.gr, the products sold by it, its partners, and other information considered useful for USERS.

2.2. Information is generally made available to USERS free of charge. hotelines.gr reserves the right to implement certain services on the SITE that may be offered for a fee.

2.3. hotelines.gr owns all intellectual property rights over the SITE, its design and content, as well as over all registered trademarks published on the SITE. USERS must respect all intellectual property rights in accordance with applicable law.

3. Use of the Site

3.1. USERS agree to access and use the SITE only for purposes and by means that do not constitute abusive use.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Content Liability

hotelines.gr cannot be held liable for damages caused by errors, inaccuracies or outdated information published on the SITE, which are not due to its fault.

4.2. Pricing Errors

If prices or other product details are displayed incorrectly due to errors in the database, hotelines.gr reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the product and notify the customer by phone or email, if the product has not yet been shipped.

4.3. Product Features

Product specifications presented on the SITE are provided by manufacturers and/or suppliers, and hotelines.gr does not assume responsibility for their accuracy.

4.4. Prices, Promotions and Stock

All prices are indicative and may change without prior notice. Promotions are valid during the period mentioned, or while stocks last. In case of stock depletion, hotelines.gr representatives may suggest alternatives with similar specifications.

4.5. Images

Images on the SITE are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may differ due to design or specification changes by manufacturers.

4.6. Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered products can be purchased before launch. Delivery takes place at or shortly after launch. Customers may cancel pre-orders at any time. If payment was made, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Note: unauthorized interventions void product warranty.

4.8. Updates

hotelines.gr reserves the right to update or modify information on the SITE at any time.

4.9. Disputes

Any issues related to products or services will be resolved amicably within 15 working days of written notification by the USER.

5. Other Limitations

5.0. hotelines.gr is not liable for losses, claims or costs arising directly from non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.1. hotelines.gr is not responsible for damages caused by site downtime or inability to access certain links.

5.2. Browser Compatibility

The SITE guarantees optimal use with at least Internet Explorer 6.

5.3. Claims regarding product aesthetics will only be accepted if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5.4. Payment methods: cash on delivery, online by card, or bank transfer. Online card payment does not guarantee confirmation of order. If not confirmed within 48 hours, the amount will be refunded.

5.5. Order registration does not constitute confirmation. Orders are confirmed by operators, with delivery time 1–3 working days after confirmation.

5.6. During peak periods (e.g. Easter, Christmas, Black Friday, promotional campaigns), processing and delivery may take 7–10 working days.

6. Access to the Site

By accessing the SITE, USERS agree that their personal data may be stored and processed by hotelines.gr for statistical reports, promotional activities and communication via post, email, phone, or SMS. hotelines.gr is the sole owner of the collected data and will not sell, disclose, or rent it to third parties, except for direct marketing operators under NDA and contract.

7. Data Collection

Data is collected via tracking software, newsletter systems, contact forms, online surveys etc. IP addresses may be used to analyze browsing habits, manage the site and gather demographic data. The purpose is to improve usability and provide relevant content.

8. Restricted Access and (Un)subscription

Some areas of the SITE require registration or subscription (e.g. newsletter). Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe option, which takes effect immediately. Depending on registration type, personal data such as name, email, address or company may be requested.

9. Cookies

The SITE uses cookies to store information about users. Cookies enhance navigation by saving preferences such as language or login details. Refusing cookies does not block site access. Some partners (e.g. advertisers) may use cookies beyond our control. Non-essential cookies are stored only with user consent, which can be withdrawn anytime via browser settings.

11. User Notifications and Actions

At a user’s written, signed request, hotelines.gr commits to:

  1. confirm whether or not it processes personal data (free of charge, once per year);
  2. rectify, update, block or delete incorrect data;
  3. provide the user with personal data in a structured format for transfer to another operator;
  4. cease processing personal data if requested.

12. Communication of Changes

If a user’s identification data changes or if they wish to discontinue services, hotelines.gr will correct, update or delete the data. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated via email. Users will always be informed of what data is collected, how it is used and under what circumstances it is disclosed.

13. Security

The SITE applies all necessary security measures to protect users’ personal data, both online and offline. All personal data is processed via SSL-secured pages (marked with a padlock icon in the browser). By agreeing to these Terms, USERS fully assume any associated risks.
