II.1. If you are a customer

SC Amensis Trade SRL will process the following data:

If you create an account via Facebook or Google, we will process the public profile data: username and email address.

If you create an account only to finalize an order but do not complete it, your email address and provided data will not be stored, and the account will be automatically deleted.

III.1. For customers

  Legal basis: the contract between you and SC Amensis Trade SRL.

III.2. For visitors

We process data as long as necessary for the mentioned purposes. For customers: during the contractual relationship and as required by law (e.g. financial documents – 10 years). Deleting your account stops communications but does not erase data automatically. For full deletion, you must exercise your rights as per section VII.
